Here are a couple of quick fixes for common Registration issues.
Have you logged in or created an account using your email address?
You must be logged in to view "Programs Available" and complete registration.
Did you add your participants to your account?
Your children must be listed as a participant in your account. Once listed "Programs Available" will appear next to their name, based on what program registration is open to them by their age and gender.
Is the DOB and Gender of the participant your trying to register correct?
Occasionally parents get crossed up with which child they are listing as a participant and cross the DOB or Gender of the child. "Programs Available" are decided by the participants age and gender entered in your account.
Did you select the specific division in which your child should be participating in?
After selecting the "Programs Available" button, select Program followed by the Age Division for the participant and continue through the questions.
Did you review and accept all waivers?
Look for the "View/Accept Waivers" box read the waiver, and if you agree select "I agree". If you do not agree to the waiver, you will not be able to complete the registration process.
Does Payment Billing Address must match bank statement mailing address?
If you have changed your address since creating the Eunice Rec account, visit your Eunice Rec account settings and correct it to match the mailing address of the bank statement associated with the credit card you are trying to use.
Are you trying to register a Vehicle for Eunice Lil' Mardi Gras?
The driver (must be at least 18 years of age, valid DL, Insurance & Vehicle Registration) of the vehicle must be listed as a participant in the Eunice Rec account, for the website to offer the Vehicle Registration.
